The MakoDev Plan of Attack™

The MakoDev Plan of Attack™ is a summary of the next steps to take in order to fulfil the delivery of a solution to a client, based on an initial, time-limited discussion. It will include high-level details about the current state, any assumptions made, any outstanding questions, whether or not additional discovery is required, budgetary considerations, the MakoDev approach to delivery, and information about what the client will end up with at the end of the engagement. Consider it akin to a very high-level proposal.

The Plan of Attack™ is not a quote and does not include complete costings or time estimates; an initial consultation is typically not sufficient to estimate the amount of effort required, and since MakoDev operates in an agile manner, the duration of any engagement will require some amount of flexibility which will be worked out according to the client’s needs and expectations before commencing.
